Custom Logo details and ordering information:
- Ink colors per logo: one
- Standard ink colors: white, black, red, orange, and yellow
- Custom ink colors: most any PMS color, plus some metallic colors, available upon request (additional charges may apply)
- Artwork: vector, PDF, or JPEG with logo in all-black (no gray or half tones)
- Minimum line width or artwork detail size: 1mm (at scale as printed on a HydraPouch)
- Production turn-around time: up to 250 HydraPouches in 2 weeks after receipt of order and payment, up to 2,000 in 4 weeks after receipt of order and payment. Contact us for production quotes for larger orders.
- Setup fee: $50 per design. This fee will be automatically added to your Custom HydraPouch and you can review it prior to checkout.
- Payment: All Custom HydraPouch orders require prepayment in full before the start of production.
- Ordering process: send your logo (see Artwork requirements above) to us at customerservice@hydrapouch.com. If we can use it as-is we will send you a mock-up for your approval. When you approve the mock-up, we’ll send you a Logo Design ID that you will need to place your order, then you can order from our website when you are ready. If we have concerns about the print-ability of your logo we’ll let you know. If you need a turn-around time quote or would like to save shipping costs on orders of 250 or more, please let us know.
