Returns and Exchanges
We are completely committed to your satisfaction as a HydraPouch customer. If you are unhappy with your HydraPouch for any reason, return it within 30 days of when you received it and we’ll replace it or refund its cost, your choice. We’ll need to know it’s coming, and to tell you where to send it, so please contact us if you need to return or exchange your HydraPouch. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and a returns/exchanges shipping address. Of course, if you’re returning a defective HydraPouch with a return authorization number we’ll refund the original shipping costs and pay your return shipping costs also. Finally, please note that if you return your HydraPouch more than 30 days after you receive it we will neither provide a refund nor a replacement, regardless of the reason for return.
We will ship your order for Standard HydraPouches no later than the first business day after the day you place the order, and we will ship your order for Custom HydraPouches no later than the first business day after production of your Custom HydraPouches is complete. The time needed to complete production of your Custom HydraPouch order will vary – see our Custom Logo page for production turn-around information. We will ship your order using the shipper and shipping method you chose during checkout, and will contact you before we ship if for some reason we are unable to use that shipper and shipping method for your order. We use only large carriers whose estimated delivery times by shipping class can be found on their respective websites. We do not represent nor warrant the shipper’s delivery time, and once shipped we are not liable for the shipper’s satisfactory or on-time delivery, nor are we capable of intervening in the delivery of your order in any way. When your order ships, we will provide you with tracking information so you can track your order directly with the shipper.
